2022年3月22日，澳洲認證機構SAA   Approvals發(fā)布澳大利亞及新西蘭標準對測試報告中的關(guān)鍵元器件的要求的通知郵件，詳見(jiàn)如下：

1. It is not allowed to use "various" or "interchangeable" for critical components. Any critical components manufactured inside the product must be listed in the components table in the test report and photos, including markings must be in the test report. 

對于關(guān)鍵元器件，請勿使用“various”或者“interchangeable”這樣的字眼。任何用于產(chǎn)品上的關(guān)鍵元器件都必須列入測試報告的元器件表格，并提供帶有標識的照片。

SAA Approvals follow above requirements from the Equipment Safety Rules (APPENDIX B), Here is the clause: 

對應如上的要求，SAA Approvals遵循電氣設備安全準則(附錄B)，具體條款要求如下：

2. If the component has an IEC certificate, the details must be listed in the components’table, as we will check these during the approval process.

  如果某元器件已經(jīng)獲得IEC證書(shū)，請務(wù)必將其證書(shū)信息列入元器件表格，我司在審理過(guò)程中將會(huì )檢查這些證書(shū)信息。

3. Australian certificates are required for some critical components such as plugs, supply cords, cord-line switches and some lampholders.

  對于某些特定類(lèi)的關(guān)鍵元器件，比如插頭，電源線(xiàn)，線(xiàn)性開(kāi)關(guān)以及某些燈座，標準要求提供其澳洲證書(shū)信息。

4. If the component is tested in the appliance, the results must be supplied.

如果某元器件隨著(zhù)產(chǎn)品一起測試，那么請務(wù)必提供測試結果。

5. Resistance to flammability testing should be conducted on all critical components, especially capacitors. The capacitor standard   does not have a provision for resistance to flammability, so the component certificate cannot be relied upon.

所有關(guān)鍵元器件都必須進(jìn)行阻燃性測試，特別是電容。電容標準中不包括阻燃性條款，因此電容證書(shū)不能證明其符合阻燃性測試要求。

Important Notice 重要事項

For any luminaire testing, the glow wire tests must be repeated on all components, even if they have been tested in their own   standard. There are no exceptions. Here is the clause from AS/NZS 60598.1:
